Exchanges and Returns
The Keeneland Shop will accept any item for return within 30 days of shipment.
Each package mailed by The Keeneland Shop includes instruction regarding exchanges
and returns.
If you need to exchange or return an item, please make a copy of receipt and retain
one for your records and send the original back to The Keeneland Shop. Please
complete the exchange/return instructions included in your package.
- Guarantee
The Keeneland Shop assures you complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for,
any reason, you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item within 30
days of shipment. We will provide an exchange or refund to you without question.
